Weekend supposingly should be a better bonding time with our kids, but may not always be so. Often, I will try to make some effort to be more connected with them by adjusting my time, perhaps watching movies with them or play some board games with them. Making sure we spent wiser and best time. If times do not permits, perhaps due to my house chores or I myself engaged on gadget-time, that’s what they do.. ‘Glued to their gadgets too!!’

Something modern parents have to embrace and learnt to accept. I should cherish every moment regardless – at least we are all safe and happy in our home-sweet-home. Happiness sometimes can simply be sitting there watching my kids having gadget-time. No worry be happy! ✌️

I was introduced to this brand by a colleague in a very casual manner. Got to bump into this brand again while shopping in Korea. Didn’t bought any from Korea back then but occasionally recky Singapore outlet which located conveniently in one our usual lunch place (hoping to see a discount notices).

Bought my virgin Lapalette bag when I first time seeing a 40% discount. Obviously I don’t mind that it’s off-season. There then goes my first yellow sling bag. Strangely and had never expect it to be as easy-go with any office-dress or casual-weekend shirt. Extremely satisfied with $120 price for the quality and since then glossy yellow bag became my Favourite. 

Had always wanted to get a new piece from the same outlet. Partly due to the size of my 1st yellow is a little small. Ya, when I have umbrella & my coach wallet.. plus increasing letters. Bought another at $120+ after 30% discount. Time for a change to a bigger one and an opportunities to clean up (spring cleaning) my yellow bag too. The sales girl was kind enough to help re-polish my yellow bag – looking brand new again. 

The new one has a car thingy in front, called the ‘cupcake’ series. I love the much bigger space bag. Cant wait to transfer.

Yellow will be my sat outing bag perhaps. Love both of you!!! Muaksss

Mother’s Day – Year 2015

Got a special decorated card from Renee, a not expressive personality girl but her sensible, kindness, honest & positive personality melted our heart. Thanks for the handmade rose with just ‘I love you’, ‘Thank you’ & ‘Happy mother’s day’ at the bottom. Good daughter does make a good mother – how true

My son, very expressive and emotional personality. His gestures and words often melted our heart. Seeing him happy is my best feeling. Keep smiling and laugh over small things.

Ya.. I thought him a little Malays, Cantonese and Hokien. “He will take care of me in future’ – touching but this is him (expressive). Jie jie will not say, but deep down, we know.

On the eve of Mother’s Day, is mommy who gave the kids a treat at Gelare. As Ryan has to rush to his Berries Chinese tuition, we decided to go for something sweet & fast.

Renee’s choice of waffle – with cinnamon and honey butter ice cream topping:

I go for something healthier, as if – fruiti tutti waffle with chocolate ice cream waffle

Ryan simply maple syrup waffle with no ice cream.

After berries,  went for black ball!  Ya, seriously sweet stuff in just 2hr gaps – the signature black ball and we go for warm as always. Like the milky taste and the sweet chewy sweet potatoes and yam.

 This is yam cold. How I wish this can be customised as hot too. Nice but too big portion for just 3 of us (& ya 2 kids, Renee and Ryan). No no no.. I need to workout harder
